Event Day Management (commonly referred to as Day-Of Coordination) is ideal for clients who have completed all the planning & designing and would like a planning partner to run the show.
As early as 8 weeks from event day, we will take over the reigns to allow a stress free, hands-off event day so you can make memories with your guests. Event Day Management includes:

On your wedding day Team JKE will be the fearless leaders of your Vendor Dream Team that we compiled during the planning process. While we are executing your vision, you have two jobs: looking great and having a blast!

This is where you kick your feet up and let us do the heavy lifting. You will receive a client workbook to keep you organized and Full-Service clients will be onboarded into AislePlanner. This planning software will house all your wedding details, ideas, and task lists.

Prior to your consultation you will fill out this form to tell us more about your event so we can help tell your story! We will then meet virtually or in person to discuss your event planning needs. Once we confirm it's a match, your contract and retainer will be processed and the planning fun begins!

Glad you asked! We are happy to add-on pre/post-event parties such as a brunch, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, etc. I am obsessed with gift sets and would love to create your welcome gifts or wedding party gift sets. Event Website Design services are available as well.
Do you have any add-on services?
JKE has planned everything from a 3-event, 700-person Celebration of Life, to a milestone Birthday Soiree, to a Baby Shower. Social and corporate event clients follow the same process and have access to the same resources as wedding clients.
Do you plan events other than weddings?
Yes...kind of. While we love our vendor partners, each client is different. Full-Service clients will receive up to 3 vendor referrals per category. These referrals are specifically curated for your event needs, budget, style, and personality.
